Our guest house, rented out as a Gîte, with its large property of 2500 m2 of garden and its beautiful swimming pool, is entirely private for you to enjoy with your family or friends.
This former barn dating from the 18th century, situated in the heart of the countryside, has been completely refurbished using period materials and modern comforts (fully air-conditioned floor, cooling in summer and heating in winter), so that you can stay in a charming house in all seasons, in a beautiful and peaceful setting.

On the ground floor, the lounge, dining room and kitchen form a large, warm and friendly living space, with plenty of natural light.
The living room is comfortable for all guests, with its library, board games, television with numerous cable channels and DVDs, and wood-burning stove.
The dining room has a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms (20 to 25m2) with king-size bedding, air conditioning and panoramic views over the fields and orchards, each with its own private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
On request, an additional room can be rented in our adjoining farmhouse, for a maximum of 10 people.
In fine weather, in the large garden overlooking the fields and beside the beautiful swimming pool, you can relax in the calm of the surrounding countryside;
On your shaded terrace, equipped with barbecue and plancha, you can enjoy the pleasures of the table at any time of day; and at aperitif time, after a game of pétanque, you can take in the superb sunsets.
In the gîte, we accept children and babies, for your holidays with family or friends.
We are sorry that we do not accept pets.
When we rent a Gite, we do not rent out a guest room, so that you have the privacy of the premises.
At certain times during the school holiday season and long weekends, our gite has a minimum length of stay. For more information, please contact us.

-On request, an additional room can be rented in our adjoining in our adjoining Mas, for a maximum of 10 people.
-In winter from November to March (excluding school holidays), the house can be rented for 2 to 4 people at a preferential rate. Please send us your request by e-mail.
-Weekly rate -3%.
Reservations made directly from our website, by phone or by e-mail, guarantee better rates and conditions than what can be offered on the booking portals.
Reservation :
-The reservation of the lodging is made either directly our site or on request by e-mail,specifying the number of people (adults and children)
-By booking directly on our site you will pay 30% of the rental amount by credit card and the balance 30 days before your arrival (except for the tourist taxes to be paid at your departure) + 500€ deposit (which will be refunded 48 hours after your departure, without damage noted)
-By reservation by email exchange you will receive a confirmation email asking you for a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount to be paid by bank transfer or by check and the balance will be paid 30 days before your arrival (except the tourist taxes to be paid at your departure) + Deposit of 500€ (which will be refunded to you 48h after your departure, without damage noted)
Cancellation conditions :
- Any cancellation between 30 and 60 days will result in the conservation of the deposit.
- Any cancellation less than 30 days will result in the conservation of the totality of payment, except in case of force majeure.
- Any cancellation made at least 60 days before the date of arrival will get a 100% refund.

Rules :
-When we rent the guest house as a Gite, we do not rent a guest room, so that you have the whole property, swimming pool, bowling alley and private living areas, for your comfort.
If you rent for 6 people or less: 3 rooms will be prepared for you.
If you are renting for 7 or 8 people: 4 rooms will be prepared for you.
-If you need more than 4 rooms, we propose you a room of our farmhouse, for a total of 10 persons.
-In the gîte, we accept children and babies, for your vacations with family or friends.
During the high season in July and August, the rate is for 6 to 8 people, so if you book directly through our website, please indicate 6 people (and inform us of the exact number of adults and children).
-Our friends the animals are generally not allowed.
